Anxiety or problem?

So I have been on the same BC for 10 years. I havent missed a pill in over 2 months ( alarm on phone).

I planned on skipping my period in late December so I didn’t take the placebos. Just went to next pack. I had some period and had sex during that time. Then I had sex unprotected Jan 2.

Now my period is late? My new pack started 2 weeks ago and I have taken 3 pregnancy tests all Neg. on separate days. But my nips hurt lol.

Am I over reacting?

I feel like maybe I’m paranoid

Help?
