SOS accidental butt stuff

(warning this is a story about my butthole) So 2 days ago my boyfriend and I were having sex when he accidentally thrust (quite forcefully) into my butthole. Ladies I cannot tell you the level of pain I was in- it felt like it was ripped open. Poor guy is now afraid to touch me ever again. Anyway, since then I have noticed blood every time I wipe it, but not a ton- kind of like how you might spot in-between periods. I'm wondering if I should see a doctor? Or is this something that will take care of itself? Any info/advice is appreciated I am a butthole virgin and I am panicking a bit !!
