Did anyone else fail the 1 her glucose test?

If you did! How did the other drink taste? The one for my hour test wasn’t bad at all! But my nurse is telling me that they’re going to give me a higher sugar level drink or something. So hopefully it’s not overwhelming 😅
Also did they take blood every hour? 
Idk I’m very nervous and hope I don’t fail this time around 😭

It was more sugary but both of the drinks made me very sick so yeah :( bring water to sip on that helped me a lot. And have a Gatorade and a snack in the car for after. They took  blood right when I got there  then had me drink it and then three times (once an hour) over 3 hours. It definitely sucks. I laid down on a bench the whole time lol. But if you don’t feel super bad then bring a book or something to do. I ended up having gestational diabetes so maybe that’s why it made me feel so bad ? I’m not sure

They  give you a larger drink and yes if my memory serves ne correct they draw your blood every hour.

The three hour has 100mg of sugar at least mine did and they do 3 blood draws for the 3 hour test

Lots of people fail the 1 hour glucose test and pass the 3 hour so I hope you do too! Best of luck

I failed 2 one hour tests. Passed the 3 hour test

I failed my 1 hour so I had to do the 3 hour. The drink didn’t taste any different than from the 1 hour test drink. But yeah they took my blood every hour. Wasn’t bad at all. Just a long time sitting there lol. I passed the 3 hour one

If you do the 1 hr and 3 hr they will do a blood draw each hour. It is super disgusting if you’re not used to sugar (like me).

I failed the 1 hr by 3 points and passed the 2h by a ton; and they still diagnosed me with GD, all doctors are a little different on levels..
