I'm soo worried 😟

So I had a chemical pregnancy in November & a chemical pregnancy in January I had spotting January 30th thinking its a early period I waited til the 1st of Feb (yesterday) which is my normal period date still no period so I took multiple test clear blue says positive & the other test is very faint😪 im worried its another chemical pregnancy has anyone had a similar experience & what was the out come 😔 i have an appointment Thursday Praying everything turns out well I just want a healthy pregnancy 🙏
