Ultrasound help!

Hey ladies anyone here know what this could be? I’m not so good at looking at ultrasounds haha they get quite confusing, but to me it kinda seems like the baby had its arms over it’s face? It can’t be it’s face features, they’d be prettyyyy big if so lol. Also have a side view of the baby below.

I marked in the photo what I’m talking about it’s like two thicker lines across its head.
