Progesterone vag inserts
So quick question, is it better to insert vag inserts with a applicator or with your fingers ? I’ve done it with my fingers in the past and haven’t had any trouble , but now that I do it with a applicator it cramps a little after but it seems to help with the seeping out part this way .. it doesn’t come out as much 🤔 (I don’t do the PIO shots bcuz I’m to scary so I take 3 vag inserts at night) ...
