Ex raped someone????

I’m 18 and was w my ex 3 years then he randomly decided he didn’t want me anymore. It’s been almost 6 months. During this time a girl I worked with before texted me saying he tried to hit her up. Then a girl I’m good friends with said he asked her if her and I were still close. But it gets better. Today a girl I don’t even know DM me on ig asking to talk about something that had to do w him. She said he raped her and asked me if it had happened to me since she found out from him somehow that I’m his ex. I said no which is the truth. My ex is 20 and this girl is 16 rn and at the time was 15 and had a bf. I didn’t get anymore details cause I wanted to throw up. I’m still healing and trying to get over him and now this!? I can’t 😭😭

Also I have no idea who this girl is idk what actually happened or if it’s even true. :(
