IUI help

We started seeing a specialist in December and after getting my first set of blood work and my vaginal ultrasound done last week, they found a cyst on my right ovary. I am going back for more blood work and another ultrasound this Friday to see if it has gone away or minimized. Original plan was to start medication this Friday and schedule insemenation around February 11th. We have been ttc baby number one for almost 5 years now with no luck.. any tips on how to maximize chance of pregnancy with iui or experience with cyst on ovaries
