C section pain

I had my second C-section exactly 3 months ago. I had pain on my belly for like 2months and kinda got better but then last week I'm start to get pain back. My low belly feels painful if I touch and kinda cramping. Even on the left my incision if u touch its painful. I will tell my provider but I want to know has anyone has this . I thought I was gona get better not worst . I didnt even exercise yet . Feels like my utrues not back to its size when I touch. Feels hard and my belly still havent went down at all . So kind makes it bad on my incision.
