Need help with sizes

So I asked my mom what size of jeans she wears because I want to send her package (she is on other continent and sizes aren’t same as the one in USA). So she is on bigger size but she didn’t know what size she is and she send me picture but I didn’t understand is there size for her

Or maybe there isn’t
