1st time pregnant... help

Ok so I found out last week we are expecting... I had been feeling nauseous but figured it was the ear infection. Took a test anyway and well apparently not the ear infection 😂.

This is where I need help I am struggling with eating especially oranges. Nugget clearly is not a fan!

I still want to make sure I am getting the right vitamins as I am basically living on ginger biscuits currently.

Any ideas for what to try so I can eat healthier for the both of us?
