Constipation is a sign of pregnancy ?

I’m constipated for almost two days. I always go to bathroom, this time even i try, I can’t and I feel so bloated too and gassy. I think i had early ovulation. Remember, my OBGYN said we ovulate on the 14 day. So I had sex on the 13th day, but Glow said I ovulate one week after. I felt the watery discharge by the time I had sex and after was just creamy ( when I was supposed to ovulate according to Glow). Now I don’t know when to test. I’m 10 days from my period. What should I do? Just wait or it’s normal also when you have PMS. TIA.
