Scratches appear out the blue

Ok I’m cleaning up get done & head towards my bed room and my chest starts burning out of no where I go look in the mirror & it’s like 5 scratches on my chest FRESH so I put alcohol on it , now I can feel it spreading up my neck I had my bf to look and he said he could see it looked like it wanted to appear but hasn’t . Has this happened to anybody should I be concerned 🤔

It happened to me once before I had two very long scratches appear on my chest then moved up my neck but I never went to the doctor for it the just Scabbed up & that was it
