I had it when I was pregnant, it was the most annoying thing ever. I would have to walk around for a while before being able to go back to sleep. I also had leg cramps and it was painful. I’ll be 4 weeks pp tomorrow and I don’t have it anymore, I’m so glad.🙄

I hated it. Mine was from low iron

I use a magnesium chloride balm and find it helpful. Some nights it’s still bad, but way better than when I didn’t use it.

It’s crazy right? I have it whenever I lie down. I get this irresistible urge to constantly just stretch my legs and I get pins and needles/burning sensations in them! And whenever I stretch them I automatically get leg cramp! Makes it impossible to sleep

I have it even when I’m just watching tv on the couch my legs will start twitching and kicking sometimes. It’s so frustrating and annoying.

I swear I have to take a Tylenol and a unison just to sleep because it makes my legs hurt from not moving.
