Telling friend about bfp

So I got a bfp with a first response gold digital this morning. I have a friend who has been ttc her first for 2+ years. She goes to a fertility clinic the end of this month for a consultation about IUI or IVF. Her and I have been really connected the last 6 months while I’ve been ttc. She knows my AF is due this weekend so I anticipate her asking me if I’ve tested within the next few days. I’m struggling figuring out how to tell her that I got a bfp. Does anyone have any advice? I know deep down she will be happy for me but I also have this gut and heart wrenching pain for her.
