40+2 today and for the past, maybe, 15 hours I've had these constant heavy period aches. Pain under my belly, nothing too unbearable, just feels like the worst menstrual cramps I've had. And it's been constant, it doesn't come and go.

I do get a back pain sometimes that does come and go but it's barely noticeable. Easy to ignore.

I've had period like cramps since 36 weeks but the ones I've had since yesterday feel much more heavier. Also get some sharp pains in the butt? 🤔

Does this sound like early labour?
