Postpartum hair loss 😭 please help!

Im sorry if this is the wrong place to ask this, I just didn't know where else to post.

I am almost 3 months postpartum, and still taking my prenatal vitamins. Still, my hair falls out by the hand full. When i wash it, brush it, or just run my hands through it. I have semi-bald spots and at this rate i will look like Gollum in a month! I can't do anything with because it if i touch it it just falls out! This is killing my confidence and ive been keeping depression at bay but if this issue persists my depression will take over.
