Can this happen

I notice this happened to me and it’s weird I know people are gonna say I’m stupid but I went to pee and my pants kinda touched the bowel part outside and my underwear I put my pants up and I felt something wet. Can I get pregnant if it was sperm 😖 I think it was . it sounds stupid but honestly I’m kinda scared my chest hurts from Overthinking
