Any Exercising Mama’s to be?
With my first I was terrified to workout and exert myself. I’m 8w4d with 2nd and when I feel up to it I workout. I have an indoor cycling bike (myx fitness). I use padded shorts with a padded seat cover. I’ve typically will stop if I am out of breath. Lately I’ve been burning 400 calories + per work out - 40-60 mins.
Is anyone else working out? How do you gauge if it’s too much? Would love to hear from anyone else that cycles specifically.
