Am I pregnant?

So I’m 8 days late on my period, I took a home pregnancy test about 4 days ago and it came out negative. I also went to my well woman’s check up about 2 weeks ago and they did a pregnancy test check that also came out negative. So today is 8 days that my period is late and I’m cramping. Should I take another test? Or is this common? Btw this has never happened to me before my periods are very regular and come every month.
