BLEEDING

I’ve been bleeding/spotting for 8 days past my period stop date (14 days total so far)

And I should be in my fertile window now also is there a reason why I’m bleeding for so long!? Also I do have thyroid issues which I take meds for and I have possible PCOS - I have very light dull cramps left sided and left lower tummy dull cramps.

I’m just checking if it’s not something more!?

And yes I know a doctor could tell me more (maybe) but COVID is a thing and I don’t have insurance right now due to lay offs like most people right now 😁 so suggestions of what it is only please.
