Tingling sensation

Hi there ladies, I’m 13 dpo and I’ve had this tingling sensation where I usually get cramps, (lower abdomen) has anyone else experienced this? I usually get it before my period but much stronger this time is a little lighter, barely noticeable... My period is due tomorrow I’m hoping for a BFP
