Will it go away?

I was at work today and handled something heavy. I was cramping and turns out I was spotting. Went to the ER as directed. Baby is great and I have a follow up tomorrow but I’m still spotting. I must also add I have a uti. Will it go away on its own?

Are you asking if the spotting or UTI will go away on its own? Spotting is common and will typically resolve. An UTI needs antibiotics.

My midwife told Me a lot of times er doctors misdiagnose pregnant woman with uti because the extra discharge that may get in the cup “debris” . I was told I had one and she looked at the chart and said no. To stop taking the antibiotics. Didn’t have any symptoms of a uti either.

No. You need to deal with the UTI. It can cause premature labour and could also spread to your uterus and cause worse infection which could be dangerous to baby.
