I know this may be a very weird question. I googled it but didn’t find any answers.

So, with the partner I’ve when I gave him a bj (or a few in one day) there is this big lump near the top of the head. Weirdly enough, it goes down literally a minute after everything’s finished.

It doesn’t happen when we have sex it’s only when I give him head.

What could this be? It feels very soft when I touch it. He says it doesn’t hurt at all. It’s not discolored or anything. No bumps on it from what I can see. And it goes down after a few minutes!

It almost feels like a vein, but would a vein go back down? And I’m pretty sure today is the first time I’ve seriously noticed it.
