Question about betas

I know that a low initial beta can indicate a potential miscarriage, but does that mean that a really strong initial beta indicates more of a chance for viability?

We’re doing fertility treatments and yesterday was my first beta at 14dpo and it was 172. I’m wondering if this means we have a good chance at having a healthy baby??? We’ve had 2 miscarriages so naturally we’re very scared. I go back tomorrow to check on my levels.
