Very nervous

Hello glow mom ,

I am 4 week 6 day pregnant , and today I felt lower abdominal pain , yesterday I went for a blood test , my blood test report is still pending, i am first time mom worried about it's not a symptom of ectopic pregnancy .

I haven't feel any nausea but yes some times feel breast nipples soreness and gastic but not any other symptoms.. i am in so stressed , can't focus on other things , please tell me what I should do ?
