Is it common for some women to burn after sex? I have had this issue on and off for years now. I talked to my OB about it and she said to change to water based lub. 5 years ago I switched from latex condom to lamb skin condom which made things more comfortable. now that I’m married and not really using condoms.. I find myself back with this problem. To be honest I don’t really like using the lub all the time. At times, even when I think I’m 100% aroused for sex i still end up burning at the end. But it is weird because it doesn’t happen during the week of my ovulation window. Does this mean I’m just really dehydrated all the time. Or my natural lubricate is too thin bc I feel like I have a lot at times.. I know, I don’t have any STDs. It’s frustrating because it’s not sexy to require ice after sex and know my husband feel bad for me. Years ago it use to hurt during sex and we would have to stop but that’s not the case anymore it only burn /hurts a couple minutes after sex. What do y’all think it could be. (I’m 24. Started having sex at 18 - only one partner)
