Few symptoms

Hey moms this is my third pregnancy I know they are all different but I’m worried because I haven’t had much symptoms I have sick moments but only sick to my stomach no real nausea or vomiting no sore breast just hot sometimes and hungry all the time but I just wanna be sure everything is fine Bc my other two I had morning sickness from the beginning also was on NEXPLANON implant for two years and I had taken it out two years ago and it’s taken me a long time to get a positive test so I’m super happy and excited just scared I want a very healthy happy pregnancy
