Could spotting in pregnancy happen for days ?

Not sure if its a period or spotting cause it iss pinkish blood. My period is always bright and heavy and now its not

Other than implantation bleeding which occurs at the start you should not be bleeding during pregnancy. I suggest you go to the hospital and check that baby is ok because it could be a slow miscarriage, don’t want to scare you but it’s better to check baby is ok good luck hun x

It's possible, I've read a good amount of others having spotting or bleeding in general. Seems more common than I thought when I look into a bit. If I'm pregnant, pretty sure I am. I have too. Still currently spotting but super light finally. Was spotting for a whole month, pretty sure birth control was main reason for it. I have a appointment Monday so will see soon hopefully. 
With my first I had implant bleeding for a couple days. My friend had spotting for a bit and later found out she was 4 months pregnant. 
Also had a friend who bleed for 3 months on birth control and found out she was pregnant. Not sure how far along she was though.

Yes it’s possible. It’s also possible you’re just having a light period. Either way, I’d take a test to be sure. Good luck!
