After your period came back after baby, how regular was your cycle?

I’m just wondering what your experience was. Was it normal to miss a few periods here and there, or were you pretty regular from the start (starting within a few days-[at most] a week of expected start date)?
I posted the other day, but I’m currently 2 weeks late 4 months pp (this would have been my third cycle - I’m not breastfeeding). My doctor is worried about ectopic (I’ve had negative tests) but is making me wait a few more days to see if I do get a positive test before doing anything else. I’m just curious if anyone else had this issue, which would hopefully make me feel a little better about being so late 😅

I pumped for 8 months. First period at 10 weeks pp, then nothing until around 6months when I started weaning. Had the 3rd period at 8months, they've been regular since (baby is 1 now)

My first period returned at 4 months pp and I got my second period this week, at 9 months pp. I'm on the pill too so I thought that would help regulate it... guess not. We'll see if i get it next month lol

I was EBF, and mine came back at 5 months. I never skipped a period, but it wasn’t regular as far as length of period and heaviness. It was also a bit inconsistent, once was 11 days late. It finally normalized at a year PP.

My first period came at 7 weeks pp and was like clockwork for 18 months. Now it's back to being irregular like it was before I got pregnant. December it came five days early. January it came four days late. I've never missed a period but I never know of it will be early, on time, or late

My first period came back at 7 weeks, it lasted 10 days, then had another period 10 days later, it lasted 8 days, then had another period 12 days later, it lasted the usual 5 days and now its been 13 days and no fourth period yet!
