Getting tubes flushed

Hello everyone did anyone ever got their tube flushed after having an ectopic pregnancy?

And is it okay to do it. My Fertility doctor told me to do so she also said there is no harm. But a friend of mine told me that she knows a lady who got her tubes flushed. And now her doctor told her that she can’t have any kids and she thinks the cost of her not having kids was flushing her tubes.

About that am kind of nervous also my fertility doctor told me that I have 25% chances of me becoming pregnant

So please guys any Advice and ideas would be much appreciated thanks 🙏
