My hand is shaking like I'm nervous but almost all the time? Is this normal?

Check with an oximeter if you got one, or just downloaded heartrate detecting apps on your smartphone. You can get a rough idea. I would suggest trying some Pranayama or deep breathing meditation. They'll help calm the nerves :) take care

Have you been vomiting a lot? Have you been able to eat/drink? Shakiness can come with dehydration. Is your heart rate fast? Not sure if that's why for you, but I'd talk to your doctor. Could be related to a variety of things, or a cause might not be clear and it may just pass on its own.
