To work out the bum or to not?
So I’ve always been on the thinner side only recently putting on some weight and I finally have a butt yay!! But the only problem is I’ve had a butt for about two years now because I used to workout almost every other day focusing on my glutes. It appears they are here to stay now but I can’t decide whether or not to start working out again. I love the soft thick look where I’m fleshy and pillow like but what if my butt starts getting all struggle-bootyesque? But then if I start working out again what if I lose my bum and end up losing my extra fat on my backside and have those tiny perky butts (which if you have one great for you but I don’t personally think it’s a great look for me)? Ugh I can’t decide I feel like this is so dumb but it’s one of my biggest insecurities.
