Bleeding again!

I currently don’t have any insurance and due to that I’m unable to make an appointment with an obgyn.. I recently have been bleeding more than usual.. I had my period then another 1 week after and now about another week after (after having intercourse) I am bleeding again. Can someone please help me out! I’m really worried! I am only 20 no kids, have no clue what’s going on or what could be!
