Has anyone tried Legendairy Milk?

If so, which one(s) worked best for you? For the last 2 weeks, my supply has taken a swan dive from 190ml in a 20-minute session to barely 50ml. I'm a pumper and supplement with formula, although lately it seems like my milk is the supplement. 😔 Help a desperate mama out here! If this doesn't work, I'm quitting pumping altogether.

For me it’s a mix of Liquid Gold and Pump Princess. I started off just taking Liquid Gold first and I did notice a difference after two weeks but not a huge one. I then added Pump Princess to my routine and it doubled my supply. I also drink a ton of water. I literally force myself to drink it.

I’m using the Liquid Gold by Legendary. I am unaware if it is helping as I’m doing a bunch of things, including drinking mother’s milk tea, eating oatmeal, drinking body armor, and eating the lactation cookies. All of these things to try and make more milk.

Have you checked the sealing membranes on your pump? Are you using the correct size flanges? 
Power pumping? Pumping frequently enough?
