My husband and I are going to spend our first night away from our little one on Valentine’s Day. We aren’t doing anything crazy just dinner and a night at a hotel to try and get some steep. My MIL is going to have our little ones for the night and I’m trying to figure out how much breast milk she will need since I EBF.

Currently I pump twice I day. Once in the morning where I get 7-10 oz and once at night where I can get anywhere from 3-7 oz depending on how hungry she is during the day.

I only pump now to relieve some pressure/ not wake up covered in milk. I know I’ll probably need to add another pump in mid day later in the week to have enough. But was wonder what your little ones are drinking to make sure I have enough and then some .
