Fertile CM versus EPO + impact on cycle

Hi all

I just had a miscarriage and am feeling desperate to get pregnant again as soon as I’m cleared to do so. I am sometimes a little dry in that area and have used preseed in the past but I would prefer to produce my own fertile cm. I have looked into both Fertile CM and Evening Primrose Oil, but my cycle is usually very regular and I’m afraid that either of these supplements will mess up my cycle as I’ve heard that from others with regular cycles. Anyone have any experience with either?
