Cleaning meats
Curious to see how others handle this. Do you clean your meat before cooking it? If so, what do you use to clean it? Also do you clean all proteins?
I rinse everything, just in case it was dropped in packaging or something to get rid of obvious dirt or maybe feathers or things like that. I have a friend who washes everything with lime juice and salt. I think that would change the flavor, no? Or change the texture of seafood. What do you guys do?
