Gift ideas for parents?

My parents will be watching my 2 year old when I deliver my second baby via c section in March. What good gift ideas can I give them? They are very cautious of Covid, so they don’t go out to eat in restaurants, no spa gift cards, etc.

I’ve thought of good take out/fast food gift cards, but I want a special idea as well since they do so much for me and my family. Plus I want something that lets them know I put thought into it. Not just cash or only gift cards.
