Nope not yet. Maybe in a few months. Some of these skills seem advanced for a 5month old.

These seem very specific and advance for a 5 month old...it’s things like this that makes parents worry about what milestones your baby reaches or doesn’t reach. My first born crawled at 8 months and walked at 13 months, my second born didn’t crawl til 11 months and didn’t walk until 15 months...there are cases where maybe something is going on to cause “delay” in milestones being reached, BUT most the time your baby is going to do what a/he is going to do in his/her own time. For the longest time, my now 4 month old (5 months on the 17th) wouldn’t lift his head when doing tummy time, he would just lay there and it seemed like he “couldn’t” lift his head, but one day I put him on his tummy and he was on his elbows with his head looking around like he’s been doing it his whole life.

Almost none for my almost 5m old. 
I also have an almost 2 yr old. Some of these he started doing much much older like at 9m to a year. Like pulling things off a shelf... how is a 5m old getting to a shelf yet? 
What app is that from?  Not sure it’s a good list and may be concerning you more than need be.  There are definitely other better more accurate lists out there.
