Am I out?

Question

I got my positive opk the 28th got a darker one the 29th and then an even darker one the 30th, finally a dark one again but lighter then the day before on 31st. So I’m not sure what day I ovulated. So basically am I out if I test at 7-9 dpo and get a negative ?

I've read a ot of sources station implantation happens on overage around 9 dpo and takes a couple days to produce enough hcg for hcg tests to pick up ... implantation happens between 6 and 12 dpo ... ive also seen that some people don't get their positive until a week after af was supposed to come ... so really not out until AF shows her ugly face ... im dpo 12 and still had a negative :(
