Positive OPK after first dose of provera

Just wondering if this has ever happened to anyone else and what you were told to do? I can’t call my doctor until tomorrow so I’m not sure how to proceed until then.

I was prescribed provera bc it’s been 6 weeks since my last period, but I put off picking up the provera to induce a period for a week because I kept feeling like I was going to ovulate and it just wasn’t happening. Finally I picked it up and took my first dose last night. And now this afternoon I got a positive opk 😅 I’ve checked everything I can find and I don’t think provera can in any way cause a false positive ovulation test so I do think I’m ovulating. I’m feeling so confused
