Please help me with my question ⁉️

Is loss of appetite and diarrhea a sign of labor approaching? My water is always broken with my last two pregnancies and I don't remember any of these but I didn't get contractions either when my water broke first pregnancy I was 35 weeks in water broke second pregnancy I was 30 weeks from water broke I never got contractions or anything .. but my water hasn't broken this time I'm 34 weeks tomorrow and for the last two days I haven't had no appetite I'm struggling to eat and I've had diarrhea no fever no nothing else but I'm very uncomfortable on my body just feels very tired can this be a sign of labor approaching?
