This isn't something that worries me, but it has never happened before. I'm just curious if anyone else has gone through it?

Back story:

With my first pregnancy I ended up having sciatic pain and it followed me after pregnancy and into this pregnancy. Around 2 weeks ago I bent over to pick up my son and I must have pinched my sciatic nerve pretty good because it hurt for a few days before turning into what is now a dull cramp for the most part and I walk fine. However, depending on how I shift my body it hurts to a point of almost collapsing because my leg feels like it can't hold me. I'm going to give my doctor a call about it, but it is just something odd I've never experienced.
