Bleaching hair

Hi lovelies,

I have a bit of a question about bleaching my hair.

In October last year I bleached it for the first time and did three rounds, my hair stayed as healthy as it could have and I didn’t have any breakage.

Around mid November - early December I dyed my hair back to a mid brown and have had it since.

I’ve realised I prefer my hair blonde and am wanting to go back, but I don’t want to break or cry my hair which I’m well aware is a risk with any bleaching process.

Is there an ideal amount of time I should wait before going forth with the process again? And is there any way I could be prepping my hair for the process to not be as harsh?

I know there’s always the chance of damage I’m just wanting to air on the side of caution.
