HELP! Should i still go?

I have a gyno appt today for a yearly pap smear. However, yesterday i got my peak opk and will be ovulating today. Is it still okay to go to appt? Will it mess with my chances of conceiving? I would just call and ask dr but my appt is the first appt of the day! 😬😬😬
