Nutrition 101 gone wrong

Help! I’m in week8 and literally not tempted to eat anything healthy. All I want is grilled cheese, chicken nuggets, pasta, Mac and cheese, etc. I feel like I’m eating legit baby food. I know I should be eating fruits and veggies but they are so not tempting to me right now. In fact, the thought of them makes my stomach queasy. Any advice?
