Positive test but is it for real? Miscarriage

Hi. I had a positive pregnancy test on Jan 22. I started bleeding/spotting on Jan 31. I ended up having a miscarriage. I started taking opk strip tests since I stopped bleeding and I got a positive today.

Is it for real? I don’t know if I could have HCG leftover. It was low on Friday and I had another blood draw today so I won’t know the levels until tomorrow.
