Anyone dealing with baby #2 infertility?

Question

We been trying since May for baby #2 and don't know why its not happening? Anyone had to go to the doctor for this? If there was something you changed to get your pregnant with baby#2 that would be awesome. Thanks!

We got pregnant on the first cycle with our daughter and now I’m on cycle 7 trying for our second. Our dr won’t talk about fertility support until we’ve been trying for a year. 
Intentionally choosing grace over stress since so much has changed since the first time we got pregnant, more stress, less sleep, working out harder, still nursing our daughter, and my husband is a little heavier just to name a few. It’s easy to get lost in defeating thought cycles if I let myself go there though, since it was so easy the first time. 🤷‍♀️ 
I keep reminding myself that we are so dang blessed to have a healthy daughter so if it happens we would be ecstatic but if not we are over the moon with what we have already too.

I successfully got pregnant with my son in 2017 naturally. Had 3 miscarriages, took almost 1 year to get pregnant between the 1st and send miscarriage and 1 month between the 2nd and 3rd. Well, here I am again and it almost been a year and nothing has happen. I just completed my first round of clomid, so I'm waiting to ovulate.

Yes technically this will be my second pregnancy. First ended in miscarriage. That was 15 years ago.

We got pregnant with my daughter on the first try. Baby #2 took 2 years and 7 months. I am 9 weeks pregnant now. We went to the doctor and had all the tests done. We were diagnosed unexplained infertility. I tried over the counter products such as pre-seed, progesterone creams, and fertilaid supplements. None worked. We tried 4 medicated cycles to up my chances. Each time I ovulated 2-3 eggs and that didn’t work either. We did 3 medicated IUI’s which also resulted in 2-3 eggs each time. None of those worked either. I pestered my doctor if there was anything else I could be doing since nothing was working. He said I could take CoQ10 and DHEA vitamins every day. He explained that it would take a few months to take effect in my body and might not even make a difference in getting pregnant. I was desperate for anything to up my chances so I took it anyways. We took a break from IUI treatments during the holidays and a few months later I was shocked to find out I was pregnant all on our own. I’m not sure if the vitamins were what made the difference or if it was just finally our time but it’s worth a shot. Good luck! I know how discouraging this process can be.

I got pregnant with my son in 2017 and we started ttc again when he was 9 months old. We had to do IVF this time.
