Anyone every get a boob rash that looks like a hickie?

Just popped up yesterday, it's got me a little worried. It's right on my cleavage area above areola area

I've gotten something like that on my arm. It lasted for a few weeks.
After putting hydrocortisone cream on it for a few days, it cleared up. 
I'm not sure what caused the dermatitis, but the cream fixed it!
